At home, at the neighbors or at your PostNL point, where do you prefer to receive your packages? That is now entirely up to you. We call it delivery preferences. As soon as this is available to you, you will see it in the app.
By the way, do you use the track & trace widget? Good news, that update is now a lot faster. So suppose your package has just been delivered, you will see that in the widget within a few minutes.

A serious matter was an annoying bug with the photo card with Android 11. You couldn't take a photo, just choose from the gallery. Bug fixed! Thanks for reporting.

The app can recognize your e-mail address in many packages. Do you use multiple email addresses for online purchases? From now on, add it to 'Your account'. Then the packages you order with it will automatically appear in your overview.

Many people chose a different delivery time or place! Unfortunately, some users did not work as expected. Due to their feedback, we have improved Delivery Change in this app version. You can not choose directly yourself, you can change the delivery if the shipment arrives at the sorting center. Then you will receive a push notification. We extend my Post step by step. You can use it for (private) addresses in the regions The Hague, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Haarlem and Leiden.
